Total Employment and Management (TEAM) located in the heart of Grant County in Moses Lake, Washington motto is "Maintaining the Balance Between Employee and Employer." The basis for our locally owned and operated business starts with the applicant. A potential job applicant fills out an application, is offered orientation, skills testing and safety awareness training. After an applicant has completed the required tasks, he/she will be placed into a job pool where his/her skills will be matched with an active client seeking an employee.

Clients seeking a labor force will tell us their specific needs and we will match them with active applicants. Our Specialties include: industrial, construction, secretarial, mechanical, field/farm and general. TEAM will interview, screen, background check, perform U/A's and administer payroll for our clients. We also offer tailored Safety Training and Forklift Certifications.
